Behind Gal Gadot's Oscar Night Precious Gem

Vistiendo un Givenchy bajo la autoría de Clare Waight Keller, Gal Gadot fue una fantasía de los años 20s en la alfombra roja de los Oscars pero fue otra cosa la que se llevó el spotlight en su outfit: su collar Tiffany & Co. de la colección Blue Book.

Fabricado con gemas y platino, y bautizado “Hielo Azul”, está, coincidentalmente, inspirado en el Art Deco que caracteriza a la década de los veinte. Una gargantilla tipo péndulo con 17 aguamarinas y un total de 61 quilates brillando junto a más de mil diamantes, 85 baguettes personalizados y 950 melees redondos, la pieza fue obra de tres maestros joyeros, tres instaladores y cuatro pulidores.

Wearing a Givenchy by Clare Waight Keller, Gal Gadot served the 1920’s fantasy to perfection, but curiously her dress was not the piéce de resistance of the night, all eyes were on her stunning Tiffany & Co. necklace from the Blue Book collection.

Built on gems and platinum the necklace was aptly named “Blue Ice”, and it was coincidentally inspired by Art Deco, art wave from the 20s decade. A “pendulum style” choker with 17 aquamarines and 61 carats altogether with more than a thousand diamonds, 85 custom baguettes, and 950 circled melees. The piece was made by three master jewelers, three installers, and four polishers.
